My husband was in for an angiogram. He also had mid-stage Alzheimer's and William took the extra time and patience needed to explain the procedure to my husband making it easier for me to leave him with necessary. God Bless!

William was my father's nurse as he was to have a stent implanted. The Dr. was running late, which put his appointment behind schedule. William stayed 3+ hours past his shift to make sure my dad recovered. This dedication has restored my faith in those in the medical field. Thank you. William went above and beyond, very professional, kind, and patient with my father. Thank you again!

I was treated with the utmost care from the time I entered the door at ORMC. Everyone I came in contact with was the best, but William just hit the mark completely. He did everything for me and still allowed me to keep my dignity. I appreciate him so much.
