Wilma is very calming and caring with every one of her patients. In the Pre-Op area, her patients say they are well cared for and that she helps decrease their anxiety. In PACU, Wilma is attentive to patient care needs and adapts care to meet the needs of individual patients.

Wilma is willing to be flexible, moving between different care areas without complaint to best serve the unit's need. She always rises to the challenge of being in charge, juggling the OR schedule with her patients' and staff's needs. Wilma just takes it all in stride. We all enjoy working with her!
