Wilson was pulled out to our unit to help our staffing but the moment he joined the shift he blended immediately with the team. He is very helpful, even though he is not assigned to my patient, as well as the other nurses. He always asks how can I help. His joyful personality brings the team lighter and radiates his happy aura to everyone on the floor even if the unit is full and busy. I am happy working with him and proud that we have a such nurse with a bright personality. I am nominating him for the DAISY Award due to his extraordinary personality that the care given to our patients and the work he is providing and support to the team is extraordinary as well.
