I would like to compliment Khun Wimolmat Dongpalee for her exceptional dedication in the ICU. She possesses an impressive depth of clinical knowledge, often knowing the intricate details of our patients' statuses even better than I do, which ensures our workflow is incredibly smooth and seamless. However, what truly delights me is how she consistently goes the extra mile. Her patience and empathy are boundless. Even when faced with highly specific and challenging patient requests—such as rearranging nursing tasks to allow a patient uninterrupted rest, or taking the time to hold an anxious patient's hand every time an IV line is opened—Khun Poy responds with remarkable grace.

Where others might struggle to navigate these demanding situations, she deeply understands the patient's perspective and does her utmost to accommodate their comfort. Another beautiful example of her compassionate care was a patient with a spinal cord injury in ICU 4, who felt Khun Poy was like a true family member because she regularly spent extra time talking with her, cheering her up, and even doing her hair. It is this rare blend of professional excellence, incredible adaptability, and profound, honest compassion that makes her an invaluable asset to our hospital.
