Winly Tang

Winly is very eager to assist all of the patients she is assigned. She goes above and beyond the typical nursing care and will spend a great deal of time talking to the residents and seeing what she can do to make them smile. This week, I caught her braiding a resident's hair and having a great conversation—you could tell she had made this lady's day! Since day one, she has been super engaged and active with care, independently answering call lights and doing anything anyone asks her to do. She is eager to help and make a difference—she will be a great nurse!
