Winnie was available within seconds if I was in need of anything. Arriving today with a smile on her face and a heart of gold. Truly one of the nicest, most caring and compassionate RNs I have ever had the pleasure of being assigned to. I believe Winnie would be best in a manager's role for if she could teach the RNs on the floor how to interact with the patients for full effectiveness, this med/surg. floor would lead the others in patient's satisfaction. Winnie's demeanor exudes kindness and compassion, a necessity when you are in a hospital providing care for your patients. Winnie is outstanding!
