Winsome Cole, RN

Winsome is our program nurse. She always provides exceptional care and is extremely thorough. She runs group therapy sessions and is very thoughtful in the topics she chooses to make them relevant and interesting for the patient population. On at least one occasion, if not more, she assessed a patient and determined that they required additional medical intervention although this had been overlooked before by other providers outside of our department. This resulted in the patient identifying a need that was followed up because of this. Winsome is the definition of a team player. She is flexible, patient-focused, and brings a positive attitude to the entire program.
