My dad has been in the ICU-COVID since January. Winston has been very compassionate, supportive, respectful of the family, and of my Dad. He is very knowledgeable about his job, his patients, and the care needed. He speaks to our family with compassion and honesty. During this most difficult time of being out of state while my Dad is critical in another state, talking with Winston has helped us take each update as they come, and he is so very easy to talk to. He explains each situation and is patient through each question.
Winston goes above and beyond to make us comfortable, laughs with us, and even shed a tear with us. I am comforted when Winston is there because he does not treat my Dad as just another patient, or us as just another family, he treats us as friends and family. He is an absolute gem and is wonderful representation of your hospital and what your hospital values.
