I would love to share something that happened in triage today. This is what makes me so proud to work here at SJWH! A patient came to triage crying in pain. I cared for the patient and let the hospitalist know that she was here. She was accompanied by someone, who seemed very attentive to her. We later found out this was not the case and with the collaboration of Security, Social Work, and Nursing this patient was properly cared for and discharged safely. Now this is teamwork!!!!
