Won-Sim Brilliant, RN

I want to thank this nurse for being so kind and helping me when I was so embarrassed. My ostomy bag broke in the waiting room. I was a smelly mess. Nurse Won-Sim came to me and said she would help me. She and another nurse took me to a nearby room and cleaned me up. She even got me a new bag and put it on. She should be recognized for her compassion and prompt attention to veteran needs. The waiting room I was in did not even have anything to do with where she worked, but she helped me right away. I want Delma to get recognized and thanked. Wonderful nurse and was very pleasant too.
