Woobin needed to start another IV. Momma’s veins are very small, so this was a difficult and delicate task. When he finished, Momma was very angry but Woobin’s calm, compassionate, and professional disposition helped her in following and trusting the process. She felt safe under his care even though she was in pain at times. He was always very exact in his explanation, and it was clear that she was his patient and he cared about the situation she was in.
