Woods Zember provided exceptional care for my husband D. Woods was caring for D on his second day in CCU, and D was sitting in the chair as Woods was changing his bedding. D went into cardiac distress, and Woods immediately provided CPR, and within 20 seconds, D was back. After this event, Woods called our home about D and told me of the incident. He stated he would rather be safe than sorry in notifying a family member; for that, I am grateful!

Woods is beyond professional and compassionate about his patients and gives the patient and their families his undivided attention. Woods truly cares about his patients as he texted the night shift nurse to ask about D and the day shift nurse the next day, who relayed the messages. Woods was going through a personal family crisis the same time with his grandmother going into hospice. Woods even took the time to stop by and visit with us after visiting with his grandmother. He is truly an extraordinary human and care provider.

We are forever grateful to Woods Zember for his healing touch. He feels like family to us.
