My mom and I did not have to stress about a single thing while my grandma was under Wyatt's care.
No one wants to find themselves or their loved ones in the emergency room late on a weeknight. My 93-year-old grandmother was rushed to Temecula Valley Hospital by ambulance and we were so scared, to say the least. As soon as we were allowed in the room with my grandma, we met the most compassionate, patient, and thoughtful nurse, Wyatt. He promptly made sure the correct tests were performed, explained what the game plan was, and answered numerous questions. He treated my grandmother with respect and dignity while she was embarrassed to have to use the bathroom while laying in the hospital bed. He comforted her and tried his best to speak to her in Spanish (she doesn’t speak English) so that she could understand and feel at ease. Wyatt made sure my grandma was cleaned up and gave her a fresh warm blanket. We were there for hours, and Wyatt went the extra mile to bring us a snack while we waited for my grandma to be discharged. He coordinated transportation for my grandma back to the house as I could not have been able to carry her back myself. My mom and I did not have to stress about a single thing while my grandma was under his care. Thank you for being an angel to our family. You turned a scary and unwanted situation into a compassionate and stress-free experience. We truly appreciate your upbeat and positive personality despite how late at night it was. You are amazing and any patient would be lucky to be under your care!
