Xan consistently shows exceptional attention to detail when caring for patients. Regularly going above and beyond to provide education, support, and kindness to her patients. Today a patient on our unit told dayshift staff how thankful he was because his nightshift nurse (Xan) took the time to sit with him when she noticed him crying/anxious. She pulled up a chair and sat with him and listened and reassured him. This demonstrates her compassion and excellence as an RN. So proud to work with such a great nurse who makes our patients feel so cared for!
