I can’t even explain how important this gentleman is. He was one of the only nurses that went above and beyond. The only one besides Mumen that paid attention to every detail. The only one that tried so hard to get the most out of the drain. Every job he performed, he would do to perfection. I have seen so many things that this gentleman has done, and the attention he pays to his patients is incredible. This guy deserves more than an award. If I had millions, I would give it to him in a heartbeat because that’s how important I feel he is to keeping patients well. When others wouldn’t acknowledge us and let the patient sit up by themselves when help was needed, Xavier would jump to the rescue to help.
