We met Xen during the time of Mom’s passing. As you can imagine, this was an incredibly difficult time for us. Xen showed so much care and compassion for Mom and my dad and myself. They sat and listened to us tell stories of better times. The genuine care Xen provided meant so much to us. Being able to walk Mom home with dignity, love, and respect was and always will be our greatest honor and that would not have been possible without the help of Evergreen Hospice and all of your incredibly caring staff.

On Mom’s last day, Xen was here as well as their CNA; both were here to offer the assistance and love we needed. Their reassuring words and even gentle hug made a deep lasting memory. Xen even text messaged later that day to check back; when I told them of Mom’s passing their words were all of love. Thank you for all you give of yourself! We are forever grateful.
