I came to Las Vegas on vacation to have some fun and be with a few friends. The first few days were great, but apparently something happened to change that. One moment I'm in my hotel room and the next I'm waking up in your hospital. The first face I saw was Danielle. She told me I had been in ICU for 12 hours. She also told me that day was my birthday. I began to cry. I was so scared. I had no memory of any of this. She stayed with me. She held my hand. She talked with me during the times she was around my room. She made me feel safe and cared for. I honestly believe I wouldn't have made it if it hadn't been for her. I want to make sure your facility knows what a wonderful woman you have working for you in Danielle. She is a huge asset to your hospital and if I could heap all the praise possible on her, I would. She was the best birthday present I could have gotten.
