Xiomara provides excellent care for all of our patients and goes above and beyond for every single one of them.

 One specific elderly patient needed wound care every other day; however, insurance was giving the patient a hard time approving VNA services, and the patient lacked transportation and was not able to make it to see the wound care specialist.

 She was able to coordinate for the patient to come have their dressing changes done in the office since the patient lived nearby and could make it to those appointments. She always followed up with the patient and would call whenever the patient missed the appointments and would still accommodate them if they were ever late.

She's very passionate about what she does.
