Xochitl Vidal, RN

Xochitl provided wonderful care, as if we were her own family. She is kind, considerate, skillful and she quickly became our friend. Xochitl is also especially efficient and precise. We appreciated her attention to detail, setting a timer on her watch for medication passes, and being sure to administer medications at the correct times. We also observed Xochitl mentoring a nursing student with both instruction and inclusive participation, carefully building the skill and confidence of our next set of nurses. Xochitl is a stellar example of an outstanding nurse and in our opinion, highly deserving of the DAISY Award.
