I have been so very blessed to have Y care for me on two recent hospitalizations. Her dedication, smile, and heartwarming concern for her patients cannot go unnoticed.
The most recent admit was very difficult and quite the struggle for me. She recognized this and stepped right in, went the extra mile and kept me at ease for the remainder of my stay in addition to doing her full-time RN duties in a hospital filled to capacity. She never once complained, only asked if there was anything more she could do and with a smile.
She's a dying breed with a heart of gold. NKCH Hospital is very fortunate to have her as their employee. I hope to not be hospitalized anytime soon, but if so, I pray for her as my caretaker. Her knowledge, professionalism, and eagerness to still learn will take her on a long positive journey in the healthcare field.
