Yan has pulled me out of a panic attack twice now. While in my room she helped me navigate out of problems - with the phone, with a portable monitor, and teleskype. She helped me to simplify ways to use the current systems in place.
Yan anticipates all the questions I didn't think of. She is proactive with everything from menus to IVs, even contacting colleagues. Yan ensures everything is covered, she is a very hard worker and is someone whom others can emulate.
After seeking her assistance with anything, it can be taken that she will accomplish what she said she would. She will always give you updates and will make herself available to help. Yan communicates valuable information in an effective manner and executes her responsibilities in a very caring way.
I feel very fortunate to meet Yan who is compassionate and determined, and I truly feel she deserves to be recognized.
