My daughter has been struggling with the debilitating effects of gastritis and chronic migraines. During our present hospital admission, our family encountered a situation that truly tested our resolve in the healthcare system. While my daughter was in pain and urgently needed her medication, we found ourselves in the frustrating bureaucracy of the hospital pharmacy. It was at this crucial moment that Nela stepped in as our wavering advocate.
Nela took it upon herself to bridge the gap between the pharmacy and our daughter's suffering. Her actions were nothing short of exemplary.
