Yang is the epitome of what I think a nurse should be. She is always positive and helpful to everyone, and I mean everyone in the emergency department. She always has an optimistic outlook regardless of how bad the department is. She will always find the good in everyone. The first thing out of Yang's mouth when she gets to work is, "How can I help you?" This small saying is heaven-sent when the department is overflowing with patients. There is not a kinder, gentler, or more genuine person than Yang. Yang's infectious smile and larger-than-life persona, trapped in a five-foot-nothing frame, deserves to be recognized as a DAISY Nurse.
