A patient who came from the ED was not so happy. The patient had high anxiety and mood changes, from aggression to being very apologetic. Yanira was very patient, loving, understanding, and caring. She sat in his room to reassure him and just listen to him vent. Yanira's reassurance plus presence tamed the patient's mood-altering behaviors by making sure she returned immediately. Her selfless act of placing patient needs/wants as a priority. She is definitely a DAISY.
