Yarshika is a compassionate, caring and extraordinary nurse. With patients consisting of pain management issues, and one patient that was actively dying, Yarshika was able to provide "exceptionally compassionate care" to the families and patients at the end-of-life. Her holistic care made each patient and family feel that they had received excellent care. Halfway through Yarshika's shift, she volunteered to pick up another patient that was actively dying. Through love and compassion, thorough communication, and purposeful presence, Yarshika transformed an assignment that would have been overwhelming for many into a healing experience, thereby setting an example for other nurses. "She is the epitome of a real nurse."
