I got a 2nd-degree burn. All my dressings have been traumatic until I met Nurse Yasmin. She really makes you feel that she feels your pain and handles every patient like they all are her family. Not just me, but every patient waiting for her feels the same about her. She is my hero. I soon feel better after she does my dressing. There are very few Nurses who treat every wound and every patient like their own and give 100% to make it better and she is one of those. Mediclinic got a gem right here. Thank You, Nurse Yasmin. I come to the hospital with tears and leave your room with a smile. I whine about how long the wound is taking to heal and you always encourage me to think positive. I feel blessed to have you as my nurse with your fine skills and warm personality. She also gave me time without an appointment, even though she was fully booked.
