Yelena is a pleasure to work with. Besides her amazing work ethic, she makes work enjoyable when the 6th floor was missing a nursing educator, Yelena pitched in and assisted literally doubling her workload. She will come in early and educate night shift and stay late to be a role model for her staff to attend a stroke education seminar. She cares deeply for the welfare of our patients as if they were her own family.
