Yelena took such great care of my mom. We were having a horrible experience, and my mom was very anxious. As soon as Yelena took over, she made it clear how much she wanted to help. She was kind, listened to us, and advocated for us. She was warm and calm, which is exactly what a patient needs when they're scared. Yelena is a wonderful and Extraordinary Nurse. She is exactly what kind of person all nurses should strive to be. I am incredibly grateful for her.
