I already registered the 2nd DAISY Nurse from BI, the write up is below :

The family member of this patient has written the nomination form as follow. A
little bit about this patient that she has stayed in the hospital for one week for
surgery. She is Ethiopian who flew directly from Addis Ababa for the treatment.
This DAISY Nurse is outstanding as she has got quite a few recognition from patients
and colleague.

"I have stayed in the hospital for 1 full week and I have been delighted by her
persisted and exceptionally warm, decent approach for the patient ; in addition her
continue effort to explain & motivate what the patient to do to help herself and the
hospital staff has made a difference on the outcome of the surgery. This nurse is
highly energetic, motivated and enthusiastic. The quality of services we received
from this nurse and her team is extraordinary ! she is patient to listen to the
patient, highly communication ( speak English well, interactive and responsive to
the patient need ) and nursing care she provided really made a difference. She was
clear at the beginning to explain what motives, doings expected from the patient and
hospital team. I appreciate her."
