Yeney was by far the most friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive RN that I witnessed care for my daughter during the course of her 6-day stay at RMH. When my daughter was upset that she wasn't getting better, Yeney was there to comfort her. When she needed a bed change and clean up, Yeney did not just pawn off the detail on the PCT, she did it herself and was in the room until my daughter came out of the bathroom and got comfortable. Very, very attentive to the fact that not only is her role to provide medications and monitoring, but to keep her on the upbeat during her time in here.
Yeney even consoled my wife when she felt the pressure of seeing her child sick and uncomfortable. My wife was upset and in tears, Yeney was there to listen to her and console her. Of all the RNs I have ever seen in action, Yeney is by far the most attentive, caring, and knowledgeable I have seen. She is not just passing time on her shift. She is caring for those in her charge with compassion, skill, and dedication.

Yeney took care of my daughter for several days. Her knowledge, compassion, and exceptional care are what I envision all healthcare providers to strive for. There are many instances I could site as examples but if I had to pick one, as the mother of the patient, she could see I was having a difficult moment and she came to my side to listen to me and comfort me. My daughter was put at ease just knowing she was there.
