Yerman always stays past his shift to help RNs in the day and night. He is very caring and compassionate to patients. He is also very resourceful and knowledgeable. He always knows the answer when you ask him, or at least knows which resource to ask. He's a great advocate for patients making sure they always get what they need. Even though I am a night RN, I know she gives extraordinary care.

Yerman consistently goes above and beyond for both the parents and his fellow staff members. He makes sure that his fellow nurses are comfortable and safe in their assignments before he leaves for the day. Yerman's exceptional quality of nursing and experience make him an incredible asset, resource and role model for everyone.

Yerman is a resource for everyone on our unit. We can always go to him for help, especially with starting difficult IVs. He is an excellent teacher. He exemplifies all qualities of what an RN should represent as part of this hospital.

I am nominating Yerman because he gives his all on a daily basis. He is always willing to help every RN and nursing assistant no matter how busy he is. He never says no to any task that is regarded of him, and he does it all with a smile and grace. He is a wonderful role model.
