I want to recognize Yesenia, my father’s nurse for her hard work. My dad has been in the ICU for the past 2 days. It is my honor to have Yesenia as my father’s nurse. She is very professional, courteous, respectful, and reliable all the time. Yesenia was able to answer all my questions with ethics, confidentiality, compassion, and empathy. She makes a true effort to communicate with the patient and the patient’s family. She cares for patients’ health and family comfort. Her passion, care, and compassion are appreciated. A nurse like Yesenia can make a big difference during this hard time. She is skilled and knowledgeable because she was able to answer all my questions in detail and found a solution to my concerns. Competent & professional, excellent communication with family members, make a true effort to help patient with ethic and confidentiality. Kind & gentle, very sweet, caring, courteous.
