Yesenia Ramos, RN

Yesenia is someone I will never forget - her empathy, care, and willingness to help out and educate are commendable and not seen all the time. When I know she is busy, I can hear the noise outside my door.

I knew that when I called her, she would come. She answered all my questions, took the time to explain the phrases and plans, and reassured me when I was so vulnerable. I just want to say thank you. I know not everyone values the job and the passion that you provide when caring for your patients. I noticed, I appreciated, and I am grateful for it.
