Y'Esha Williams, PhD, RN
Dr. Y’Esha Williams has been a faculty member since 2016. She displays excellence in teaching. Dr. Williams exhibits creativity, evidence-based teaching practices, scientific foundation, application of learning theories, and currency of knowledge in her teaching strategies. Dr. Williams has quality relationships with learners. She demonstrates caring and compassion with students while facilitating learning in the classroom and clinical environment. She displays a personal interest in student learning and goes above and beyond for students. Dr. Williams fosters collaborative relationships within the college of nursing and with practice partners and community organizations. She collaborates effectively with other professionals to facilitate student learning and has worked to develop and teach an interdisciplinary course on campus. Dr. Williams is an exemplary educator and role model for students.
