Yesh is one of the most supportive team members we have. No matter how bad your night is, he will put a smile on your face while helping you get back on track. He is always on top of things and available to help. He is always willing to come out of the nursing station and help nurses on the floor with everything! He improves morale and teamwork. He really is a champion of patient safety. He always questions things that don't seem right, like room assignments with the potential to cause problems. Yesh will always answer a call bell or if a bed/chair alarm goes off. He will help you no matter what and strives to bring the team together! Yesh is a great leader and shows fantastic leadership skills. No matter what, he never complains and really improves the quality of the unit for both the patients and staff.
