Ygenie Estime shows passion and her patient approach is excellent. She made me feel like I was the only patient in the hospital. I felt so special. The care was excellent.

Since the first day I came to this ward, I knew she was once a king. She never complained. I never saw her upset. You could talk to her with ease. She was on point with all her patients with such poise; I just loved to observe her. She went above and beyond what I call a great nurse, compassionate and caring. She is not about the paycheck; she wants everyone to feel like a human being. She should teach others to care about others.
