Yinghua Zhou is being recognized for her exceptional, unwavering, and strong nursing leadership for our RWC PCS teams in NOU and more. Yinghua demonstrates RWC core values of integrity with her caring and healing nature, and excellence in her relationships not only with her own team, but with many other teams within KP-RWC. Yinghua promotes safety by supporting a culture of speaking up and has compassion among her peers and teams and jumps in when asked to support in interim roles for other nursing departments. Yinghua holds her own work, her teams' and staff to an extraordinarily high standard of patient care and as a true leader brings out the best in her teams and all her clinical staff.
