Yoan demonstrated continuous compassion towards a really sweet homeless patient. This particular homeless patient lost everything! This patient was living on his boat when they became septic and burned down his boat by accident. The patient now has nothing to wear. On Joan’s day off from work she went to the store and bought him brand new clothes for him to wear when he is discharged, with her own money! Yoan was happy to do it; you can see how much the patient has touched her heart. Yoan created the most special day for him and continues to have a “Healer's Touch".
