Yohania is a very special nurse. She was very kind, caring and compassionate. She very quickly placed my mother and me at ease. Her communication style is very professional and able to communicate with the patient and family member, showing empathy and knowledge of the plan of care. She ensured tests were completed and that we were able to go home with our medications. We have never been patients here before, however, we appreciate the top-notch staff you have including this nurse. Thank you, Yohania, for the great care and teaching.
