Yolanda Cofield, LVN, serves as an amazing patient advocate. She has an amazing work ethic and positive attitude, never hesitates to step in and help out those around her, no matter what that entails. She handles problems quickly and proactively. She helped a patient navigate his way through the Business Office to inquire about a charge for a biopsy in the clinic. She helped another patient navigate his way through obtaining an ROI to get his biopsy photo sent to an outside dermatologist to ensure proper care.
