Ms. Yolanda stays aware of the individual changes in her patients' care and healing. I was admitted with the diagnosis of COVID pneumonia. She never acted like I was dangerous to be around. She was like a "mom". Very encouraging and professional. Fully invested in my care. She advocated for me with my doctors when I couldn't. I appreciate her so much. She never let me feel down due to the diagnosis. She made it her business to have an encouraging word to say.
