I have been trying to get medication for over a year that my insurance keeps rejecting. Lilly Direct finally made this medication "more affordable" for patients who are self-paying, but the process to get this medication isn't the most user-friendly.

Yolanda took the time to navigate through the system after probably eight exchanges in the Patient Portal, and I know that without her help I would not be able to get this medication through the program. I was getting very frustrated, and so I am very thankful for the time and patient care she has provided.
