I started to have a PTSD response when another nurse blew many veins; Yolanda came in with great (and actual therapy responses) with a sensory grounding, without me even realizing it. She brought her speaker because I was listening to music, and she changed the course of my infusion. She goes above and beyond to not poke me without a sense of trust with me. She is why I come back here, besides the meds, LOL!
