Yolande is phenomenal at her profession.
Yolande is extra special to me because I felt as though she made my 1st experience in the hospital the most pleasant. Being that this was my 1st time ever being admitted to a hospital, I underwent 2 surgeries that were pretty invasive which put my anxiety at an all-time high. I was very nervous. But with Yolande's expertise and care, Yolande made this experience bearable! She is phenomenal at her profession.
