I received an admission that was unstable, Yollie was in charge with her own patient. Also another patient was not doing well with a retroperitoneal bleed. Yollie stood up as charge nurse and was running the whole night helping me and a fellow nurse. She was very helpful and without her, my shift would have been very stressful.

Everytime Yollie comes to work, she always has a positive attitude. Always willing to step up help recover several patients in the ICU. Does everything that's needed to keep the unit running smoothly. She does it without complaints. She is an excellent leader, following up on Core Measures.
