All of the nurses on the 11th floor were superb but Yonten is special to me. I have worked in healthcare for the last 43 years and have worked with many extraordinary people. Yonten is one of the most special. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she is so supportive of patients - especially of me. She encouraged me every step of the way. Perhaps most importantly, she is a terrific teacher, she ensured I understood what needed to be done and why. On discharge, I knew exactly what would be required of me. She was so clear. Finally, she is clearly an advocate for patients and respected by her colleagues. A superb nurse in every way. Congratulations!

I have been fighting many types of cancerin the last five years! The best treatment that I have ever received is from the angels on floor eleven!
My #1 angel has been Yonten! She has been absolutely wonderful to me (and everyone else on the floor)!
Yonten is caring, compassionate, informative, and the best example of what a nurse should be. She is the backbone of the medical field!
