Yoo-Ha went above and beyond on her charge shift. She recognized a patient crashing and assisted in the patient's care for hours on end due to the patient being ICU appropriate with no ICU beds and all of the trauma surgeons busy with gunshot cases. Rapidly infused a patient with a splenectomy suffering post-op complications, all with a very cheerful attitude. The very next day, due to staffing issues, she assisted a float nurse by taking her group in addition to charging with the same cheerful, no-nonsense, not complaining attitude. Just rolls up her sleeves and digs in, all the while promoting teamwork!

She has helped every nurse on the unit tonight, whilst charging and taking a full patient load and has kept a positive attitude all night. She is still offering to help! So humble and selfless! It is always a pleasure to work alongside Yoo-Ha; she is always smiling and giving positive vibes. I love working with her. She makes each shift go by with ease. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Yoo-Ha always has the best attitude about everything, even when faced with difficult staffing changes. She is a great resource for the unit. She voluntarily takes on extra duties without being asked to help. During her charge shift, she took patients and performed charge duties as well to cover a staffing shortage. Superhero RN charge nurse. We all love and value Yoo-Ha.
