Clinical Nurse Yueh-Hwa has worked in Taiwan Adventist Hospital's Nursery Unit for more than 40 years. For the past four decades, she has been as devoted to her job as ever. She is caring to her colleagues and patients with newborn babies. She is also willing to listen and share medical knowledge to patients. As a result, she is as an excellent nurse in the eyes of postpartum mothers. She is also a role model for her colleagues. In case of any emergency needs, Yueh-Hwa never hesitates to help as requested. In negotiating her shifts, she always considers the needs of her Nursery Unit first and has never let her personal affairs cause inconvenience to her colleagues or the Head Nurse. She is really a caring nurse.
