She was such a compassionate individual who provided both my wife and me with such comfort. My hospital stay was an emergency and we didn't know what to expect. Yuliya was the calm in the storm. She was great with explaining what was happening and continuously checking on us both. We so enjoyed getting to know some Ukrainian and finding out about her beautiful native land. It was a terrific way to get our mind of off the pain and helped the time fly by. She went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
