Yuliya is a human being first. Yuliya is amazing. She gave great comfort, support, and advice. I believe in the system again because of Yuliya. She made my legs comfy, put my neck at ease, and helped me get warm with blankets. She even gave me a free ride home through Lyft. Her heart is on her sleeve.
